We have certainly hit the ground running this week, as its been a very busy week back after our Easter break. Many thanks to our lovely clients for waiting patiently whilst we spent some time with our families.
Our post today is a timely one as we are currently taking in lots of orders for bespoke wedding rings for many summer weddings! We are pleased to be able to show you this wedding band which left us recently; requested by and designed for a proud Cornish gentleman.
This heavyweight handmade 9ct gold solid ring is a replacement wedding band for one lost many years ago, and is due to take pride of place in a renewal of vows service later this year. It was designed with our client's active lifestyle in mind, and is robust and solid to take many years of wear and tear.
At the request of our client, front and foremost is a hand engraved Cornish crest, a heraldic device depicting 15 Cornish bezants (or golden roundels) which symbolise the ransom paid for the release of the Duke of Cornwall after he was captured by the Saracens during the crusades. Inside the ring, alongside the UK hallmarks, was a line of hand engraving personal to our client making this a truly unique and personal piece of jewellery.
We would like to wish our clients all the best for their forthcoming ceremony and many more years of happy marriage!
